    Terms & Conditions

    1. The competition closes on 30th September 2008.
    2. Only one entry per household; entrants must be residents of the UK and be aged 18 or over.
    3. The prize is one pair (2) tickets for any production at Curve theatre until 31st March 2009.
    4. The prize must be taken by 31st March 2009. An independent person will draw the winner at random within 7 days of the competition closing.
    5. The winners will be notified by 10th October 2008, and the name of the winners will be made available on request to Leicester Shire Promotions by post after that time. Details on how to claim the prize and full prize terms and conditions will be given to the winner on notification. If the prize remains unclaimed for 30 days, Leicestershire Promotions reserves the right to select another winner.
    6. The terms of the prize are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
    7. Employees of Leicester Shire Promotions and any other company associated with this promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
    8. Proof of sending post/email is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
    9. The decision of Leicester Shire Promotions is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
    10. Leicestershire Promotions reserve the right to amend, change or remove the competition at any time without prior notification.
